Experienced Litigation Attorney

Meridian Law seeks to hire an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5-15 years of experience looking to help grow a practice and mentor newer attorneys. We are looking for someone who thrives in an in-office work environment, has an owner’s mindset, and values the importance of working as part of a team.

Meridian is a modern, client-focused law firm in Brentwood, TN. Its attorneys manage a wide variety of civil litigation (70%) and transactional/non-litigation (30%) matters in the following practice areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, employment, estate planning and probate, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.

Typical day-to-day opportunities involve handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediations, and preparing for trial. Admission to the Tennessee Bar is required.
