Leah Jensen Bennion

Leah is a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, passionate about advising businesses from start-up phases through pre-IPO. Leah began her legal career representing bio-tech startups, and has since represented individuals and companies across industries through a host of transactional matters ranging from: corporate and capital structure issues, mergers and acquisitions, venture funding, licensing, employment contracts, entity formation and conversion, development
Leah has served as a board member of Reach Out and Read Utah, and with the Tennessee based non-profit, Jonathan's Path, which provides wrap-around services for teens in Tennessee's foster care system. agreements, and corporate taxation. Leah has participated in numerous panels concerning corporate governance, startup management and valuation. When not practicing law, Leah enjoys running, hiking and traveling.
Leah obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and maintains active licenses in the Tennessee State Bar and the Utah State Bar.
